With a nursing career spanning 32 years, Holly James has amassed diverse experience in cardiac recovery, surgical, and neuro ICU, notably dedicating 10 years of her career to The Toledo Hospital. Holly has also served as the chief nursing officer and director of nursing for Decahealth and four surgery centers, ensuring these centers maintain the highest accreditation. Affected by the impact of perimenopause in 2016, Holly found relief through bioidentical hormone replacement therapy and peptide therapy. This experience fueled her mission to empower both men and women to embrace lasting vitality and optimal wellness through Vitality Health and Wellness Center.
