Earlier this Spring my husband and I were researching HRT, what it might do for us, weighing the pros & cons, cost, etc. Vitality came up the top result, and we scheduled our appointment. The staff at The Vitality Center is very welcoming. Amanda (NP) is the best. She shared with us her own story, answered all of our questions, the serious and the ridiculous. She addressed our concerns, possible side effects, nothing was left on the table. We decided to move forward. We both responded very well soon after our first round, and now living with amazing results. Energy is back, also better sleep, metabolic function is improved, sharper mental focus, confidence. If you’re looking to improve your mood and over all well being, you need to go to Vitality! I was tired of being tired and just not feeling well everyday. I really wanted to avoid any long term pharmaceuticals. I didn’t think it was possible to feel better without them and I had no idea there were other options out there! I spoke with Amanda K. and an appointment for lab work and a consult with Amanda M. were scheduled. Both women are fantastic and make you feel comfortable! The blood draw was quick and painless and Shawna is wonderful too! Everything was explained in an easy to understand way, and any questions were answered easily. I have been feeling better and am excited to see more improvements in my overall well being!
