With a nursing career spanning 32 years, Holly James has amassed diverse experience in cardiac recovery, surgical, and neuro ICU, notably dedicating 10 years of her career to The Toledo Hospital. Holly has also served as the chief nursing officer and director of nursing for Decahealth and four surgery centers, ensuring these centers maintain the highest accreditation. Affected by the impact of perimenopause in 2016, Holly found relief through bioidentical hormone replacement therapy and peptide therapy. This experience fueled her mission to empower both men and women to embrace lasting vitality and optimal wellness through Vitality Health and Wellness Center. Jennifer Pelwecki is a devoted certified nurse practitioner with an extensive background in aesthetics. Earning her nursing credentials in 2011, she continually sought advanced training to deliver unparalleled patient care. A pivotal moment came in 2012 when Jennifer completed the Duet Injector Training Program by Allergan, gaining mastery in BOTOX® and the JUVÉDERM® family of hyaluronic dermal fillers. Her dedication to industry advancements didn't stop there; she has trained in a wide array of other treatments, such as Restylane® products, KYBELLA®, RADIESSE®, Sculptra®, PRP, MINT™ Threads, XEOMIN®, and Dysport®. Peggy started her nursing career at the University of Toledo, where she worked in the intensive care unit. Additionally, she conducted a hormone replacement study for menopause with Pfizer for four years and managed an OB/GYN clinic for six years. Towards the end of her career, she oversaw the surgical clinics at the University of Toledo. Peggy has experience working in home care as well as in the office setting. She joined Vitality this year with a particular interest in IV infusions.
A recent graduate from the University of Toledo, Alyssa joined our team equipped with a bachelor's degree in business management and a minor in marketing. Her experience in marketing and social media is honed through the nonprofit organization she operates, which is devoted to promoting local animal shelters.
