Co-Founder and Executive Director

With a nursing career spanning 32 years, Holly James has amassed diverse experience in cardiac recovery, surgical, and neuro ICU, notably dedicating 10 years of her career to The Toledo Hospital. Holly has also served as the chief nursing officer and director of nursing for Decahealth and four surgery centers, ensuring these centers maintain the highest accreditation. Affected by the impact of perimenopause in 2016, Holly found relief through bioidentical hormone replacement therapy and peptide therapy. This experience fueled her mission to empower both men and women to embrace lasting vitality and optimal wellness through Vitality Health and Wellness Center. While her family holds the top spot in her heart, helping friends, family, and patients achieve the best possible health is her daily driving force.

Aesthetic Nurse

Jennifer Pelwecki is a devoted certified nurse practitioner with an extensive background in aesthetics. Earning her nursing credentials in 2011, she continually sought advanced training to deliver unparalleled patient care. A pivotal moment came in 2012 when Jennifer completed the Duet Injector Training Program by Allergan, gaining mastery in BOTOX® and the JUVÉDERM® family of hyaluronic dermal fillers. Her dedication to industry advancements didn't stop there; she has trained in a wide array of other treatments, such as Restylane® products, KYBELLA®, RADIESSE®, Sculptra®, PRP, MINT™ Threads, XEOMIN®, and Dysport®. Jennifer's interest in aesthetics is driven by her desire to help people look and feel their best as they age gracefully. Her dedication to her craft and medical background make her a trusted practitioner in the field.

Peggy started her nursing career at the University of Toledo, where she worked in the intensive care unit. Additionally, she conducted a hormone replacement study for menopause with Pfizer for four years and managed an OB/GYN clinic for six years. Towards the end of her career, she oversaw the surgical clinics at the University of Toledo. Peggy has experience working in home care as well as in the office setting. She joined Vitality this year with a particular interest in IV infusions.

Gabrielle is a dedicated registered nurse with over five years of experience in the healthcare field. Her journey in nursing has been deeply intertwined with her passion for aesthetics, allowing her to merge medical expertise with an eye for beauty and wellness. Before embarking on her nursing career, she thrived in the world of cosmetology, where she discovered a love for helping people feel good in their skin. This unique background has equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of both the clinical and aesthetic aspects of healthcare, enabling her to provide holistic care that addresses both physical health and personal confidence. Currently, she is pursuing her graduate degree to become a Nurse Practitioner, which further fuels her commitment to enhancing the health and well-being of all her clients. Her goal is to provide personalized care that empowers individuals to achieve their health and aesthetic aspirations. At our clinic, she is excited to offer a range of services that reflect her dedication to health, beauty, and overall wellness. Program Coordinator

A recent graduate from the University of Toledo, Alyssa joined our team equipped with a bachelor's degree in business management and a minor in marketing. Her experience in marketing and social media is honed through the nonprofit organization she operates, which is devoted to promoting local animal shelters. Alyssa has a knack for capturing the candid, behind-the-scenes moments of our team, adding a personal touch to our brand. If you ever spot a spelling error, Alyssa's the one to jokingly blame, as she is constantly involved in the nitty-gritty of our content.

Guest Services Executive

With over two decades in the medical field, the majority of which were dedicated to customer service, Amanda brings a wealth of experience to our team. As an ambassador for bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT), she is well-equipped to address any questions or concerns patients may have, drawing from her own personal experience. Known for her personable demeanor, Amanda eagerly greets everyone who walks through our doors, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all.

Medical Assistant

Having completed her medical assistant training through Ross Education, Shawna plays an integral role in our team, working closely with our healthcare providers to ensure seamless and effective patient care. She's the familiar face you'll encounter at nearly every lab draw and appointment, serving as a cornerstone in our day-to-day operations.
