Earlier this Spring my husband and I were researching HRT, what it might do for us, weighing the pros & cons, cost, etc. Vitality came up the top result, and we scheduled our appointment. The staff at The Vitality Center is very welcoming. Amanda (NP) is the best. She shared with us her own story, answered all of our questions, the serious and the ridiculous. She addressed our concerns, possible side effects, nothing was left on the table. We decided to move forward. We both responded very well soon after our first round, and now living with amazing results. Energy is back, also better sleep, metabolic function is improved, sharper mental focus, confidence.
